堤坝护坡模具选材需要满足三个原则：（一）模具满足1、耐磨性2．强韧性3．疲劳断裂性能4．高温性能5．耐冷热疲劳性能6．耐蚀性等工作需求；（二）模具满假山制作 不锈钢铸件 铝箔真空袋 七孔梅花管 hdpe硅芯管 液压钢坝 PVC软管 飞行激光打标机 沥青保温泵足1．可锻性2．退火工艺性3．切削加工性4．氧化、脱碳敏感性5．淬硬性6．淬透性7．淬火变形开裂倾向8．可磨削性等工艺要求；同时模具应满足经济适用性。
